Mark Hindle - Investment Director | |

Mark is responsible for the investment management services provided by PSL. Some of his contributions to the company include the creation of investment and valuation models, creation of investment structures, advising on suitable purchases and sales and research and development. Mark has a strong background in the fund management arena. He worked for more than fifteen years with some of the UK’s more prominent actuaries and is particularly fluent in the mechanics of Traded Insurance Policies on both sides of the Atlantic. He originally gained his strong grounding in the assessment and valuation of funds working for the UK London and Manchester Group where he was responsible for the pricing of £3 billion of funds under management. Mark’s past experience includes being the investment director of a well known Traded Endowment Policy “Market Maker” based in the UK, investment analyst and manager at Challenger Group/Neville James Investment Managers where he was responsible for advising on suitable investments and managing the group’s Traded Endowment Policy portfolios in conjunction with the actuarial team. |

Andrew Walters - Financial Director | |

Andrew is responsible for developing the corporate financial structure of PSL. Some of his many contributions to the company include acting as Compliance Officer, control of the finances and administrative function, research and due diligence into the market and contributing to the development of business relationships. He began his career as an Audit Senior and Accountant and went on to become Financial Controller at MPP Marketing Ltd. He was Finance Team Leader at Prism LLC, part of the WPP marketing group, and also Financial Controller at the MBA group. Andrew has both a technical accounting background and the practical experience of being at the cutting edge of dynamic entrepreneurial led companies. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Andrew brings a wealth of experience to the table, not only in financial management but also in the areas of corporate and operational planning. |

Rogan Redfarn - Business Development Director | |

Rogan performs market research and due diligence for PSL as well as assisting with product development and building business relationships. He has a background in law as well as in business. Rogan started his career with Citi Financial (Partners) Ltd. providing financial advice and overseeing compliance practices. He then moved on to marketing and sales with Ross Stewart Residential Property and King Park Estates. Rogan is also based in the UK. |
